Terms of Use

PenMark is published by Friis Consult ApS, Denmark. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your license to the app.

Purchases & subscriptions

• PenMark Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID (Family Sharing enabled).
• PenMark Intelligence is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• AI-time top-ups are consumable purchases. Purchased time does not expire, and is drawn down as cloud AI is used.
• All payments and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.

AI-generated content

Transcripts, summaries, action points and minutes are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Review AI output before relying on it — it is an aid, not a record of truth.

Fair use

Cloud AI time included in a subscription is a monthly allowance for personal use. We may take reasonable measures against abuse (for example automated or resold usage) to keep the service sustainable for everyone.

Your content

Your documents and recordings are yours. PenMark never modifies your source files, and we claim no rights over anything you create or record. You are responsible for complying with applicable law when recording meetings — in most places that means informing participants.

Liability

PenMark is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Friis Consult ApS is not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Danish or EU law. These terms are governed by Danish law.
